Simple OTIS is a plugin created by tenBridges that aims to make it as easy as possible to create a simple WordPress site populated with OTIS data. There are no custom post types, just a dynamic list page and a dynamic detail page which get listings according to your settings.
WP-OTIS
WP-OTIS is a powerful and flexible plugin for people who want more control over their site. OTIS listings are imported and stored as posts of a custom type. Users can then edit the posts and add their own custom content from there.
