Celebrate the 21st Annual Salmon Celebration, a free outdoor festival honoring Native and Coquille Tribal culture on Saturday, September 12, from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday, September 13, from 11 AM to 4 PM. This event brings a weekend of family fun featuring tribal canoe races, Native vendors and handcrafted art, cultural demonstrations, hands-on activities, and a traditional salmon bake meal available for purchase. Enjoy live Native American dancing, drumming, and flute music throughout the weekend. The festival takes place in the south parking lot outside the Ko-Kwel Casino Resort hotel. Admission is free, so bring the whole family and celebrate culture, community, and tradition.
